Hello Everyone!
I've been debating about starting a blog for a while now so I finally pulled the trigger after signing up as a Beachbody Coach. I plan to use this blog for recipes, meal plans, and information about workout programs. Feel free to contact me with any questions or topics you would like me to write about. To start off, I'll tell you a little bit about myself. My name is Samantha, I live in Northern NJ. I am a very outdoorsy person. I love to go on hikes and kayaking, as well as traveling (although I don't get to do that as often as I'd like!). I got serious about fitness about a year ago. I was at my heaviest weight and just really unhappy with the way I looked. So I woke up one morning, decided that enough was enough. I bought my first ever fitness program, Insanity, and though I've grown to love it now, I absolutely hated it then. I found that my biggest problem was I just picked a workout program that everyone I knew was talking about and saw results. I did no research on this program and though it worked out in the end, it was way to difficult for me. As of today, I've done six different Beachbody programs and I'm about to start my seventh. So far I've lost about 60lbs. I would love to use my success to help motivate others to reach their goals. I really hope I can help at least one person with this blog!
