Happy Easter!
Everyone finds their motivation in different ways. Me, I happen to be a very visual person in all aspects of my life. So when I look in the mirror and don't see instant results, I become very discouraged. Or my worst enemy: the scale. The numbers on the scale never seem to move fast enough so I had to have mine put into hiding to keep myself from stepping on it everyday. I made the decision that I had to try and find some why to visually see my progress without comparing myself to others or standing in front of the mirror. On one of my many Pinterest binges, I found a 21 Day fix journal and I thought to myself "I could really make this work". So I went out, found a journal, I even bought myself brand new colored pencils, and I went to work creating my weight loss journal. The best part about this is that you can make it any way you like. I currently have my diet and exercise tracker, a page of motivational quotes, I plan my meals for the week, and I record my weight once a month. I've found that I actually look forward into logging my containers and exercise, and I love opening it up and seeing more and more of my tracker filled in.
Motivation is all about you and what is going to help you reach your goals. Everyone finds motivation in different ways so it's really important to find something that works for you. My weight loss journal helps keep me accountable each day which keeps me on track.
